Philippines: how information sharing impacts the ASEAN credit market

During the 1st ASEAN Credit Congress and the 33rd National Credit Congress organized by the Credit Management Association of the Philippines on April 30 in Manila, CRIF highlighted the future role of a comprehensive credit bureau in the Philippines to centralize credit information, while still leaving space and appetite for further data initiatives, and thus discussed the positive impact on the business market players.
Over 350 credit managers joined the event, coming from the banking, trade, lending, manufacturing, real estate, insurance and telco sectors.
